The whole experience was refreshing. My friends and I enjoyed trying to recognize where we were with respect to the area. The waiter and his helper (DeWayne Myers and Nya) were fantastic in keeping up with our wants satisfied. The music was upbeat and playful for the adults and kids. An enjoyable brunch!

Disappointed that while in line for the lunch cruise, we received an email that there was no AC on the boat. They stated they were working to fix it. Since we came from out of town for this cruise, we were hopeful. However after about a 45 minute wait, we were then told that we were not cruising today - in fear of the boat stalling at sea. Wish this information could have been provided prior to us traveling and standing in line in 90 degree heat for a cruise that was never going to happen.

The crew was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't get to enjoy the full cruise experience due to no AC. We were given the opportunity to stay regardless of no AC which we knew and decided to still stay and go. However midway through our meal the Manager came to us to inform us that we would not be going out on the cruise due to the AC issue not being resolved and therefore we could receive a full refund. After leaving we went to ask the ticket office for a refund and were told that we should have not been told that. We were well aware of the situation but since we didn't go out on cruise at all it would be great to get a refund. Even if it's a partial refund. Again the staff went over and beyond to make us comfortable and provided a great environment!

The ac was not working so it was extremely hot!! And because of this issue, the boat didn’t leave the dock. BUT, the crew was AMAZING!! So warm, funny, friendly and they all went out of their way to make it enjoyable. I will definitely come back for the experience the way it normally is.

The experience was nice but I do not think it was worth $93. The air conditioning on the boat was barely working to the point where someone almost passed out because of the heat. The buffet style food was mediocre and the price didn't include drinks or bottomless mimosas. The DJ was nice and very family friendly. Other than that, it is not worth the money.
