This activity will end right where it started.Downtown Toronto Pickup is from 7:45 - 8:20 AM and is available from select hotels and other meeting points across the city. We pick up from 11 hotels and landmarks which are around 5 minutes walking distance from most Downtown hotels and Airbnb locations. Mississauga pick-up is at 8:45 AM from the Holiday Inn Express, 2125 North Sheridan Way. After booking we will email you with pick-up instructions within a few hours. You will also receive a reminder 1-2 days before your travel date. If you are not clear about where to meet us and what time, please contact us prior to your tour.

The place is amazing, we had a really nice guide called Kaleb who really knew his stuff. Pick up was very prompt, there was maybe a little too much commentary on the way there but we got 4 good hours in Niagara. Minus points, we were held up unnecessarily by a group who were late and felt they were more important than the rest of us. The company (not the driver) should have told them tough luck, we missed additional time to do things we wanted for those people. Also on a previous trip I visited Niagara on the lake and a winery which were excellent additions and the trip was the poorer for not having them. Still a must do when in the area though and the small tour was great

Adventure-Packed Day in One of the Natural Wonders

The 4 hours of free time we got at the Falls (excluding the on-bus sightseeing and photo stops) allowed us to take the helicopter ride, the boat ride and the Zipline in addition to grabbing lunch before heading back to the bus. Our guide, Kalev, was really knowledgeable and helpful. He kindly drove us to the helicopter hangar and then back to the main area after we completed our ride. It was a real joy listening to his telling of the history and facts when it came to not just the Niagara Falls but also to Ontario and Canada in general. The helicopter ride was an experience of a lifetime, and a visit to the Falls wouldn't be complete without an aerial tour. It's definitely highly recommended! The boat ride was really fun as we got to see and take pictures of the fall up-close. Be ready to get wet though even with the poncho but that's what made the ride even more fun - getting to actually feel the Falls in addition to just seeing it. The Zipline was exhilarating especially when done with a buddy or two. The feeling of being able to soar through the air was liberating and exciting. There was also a mini adventure off the back of a jeep on the way back to the main area after completing the Zipline. All in all it's the perfect activity for a thrill-seeker!

We were picked up over an hour late which made us late to Niagara Falls.. we still had to return back at the same time which cut our experience short. The tour guide kaleb tried his best to make it up to us but it was out of his control. we wanted more time at Niagara and I feel like the trip advisor should of made up for their fault

Hi Alete, I'm sorry for the frustration with traffic. This was totally out of our control though. The Queen Elizabeth Way highway was backlogged because of a major accident that had just happened and instead of arriving around 8:50 AM like we normally do, we were stuck sitting in traffic for an hour and could only arrive at 9:45 AM. Obviously, this isn't a fun experience but we were on schedule until the point of our bus getting stuck on the road which we had absolutely no control over. We were in contact with you throughout the morning to keep you posted and that's really all we could have done when the bus was trapped on the road. Sorry about that, I'm glad you enjoyed the rest of the trip though and I hope you understand where we're coming from that we couldn't really do anything about this. I would be really frustrated if I was stuck in this situation also so I understand where you're coming from.

Great value day out at Niagara Falls by Queen Tours , picked up promptly and on time allowing 4 hours once we arrived at Niagara, I would of given five stars as I felt 4 hours was a little rushed to do more than 2 activities and to fit in Lunch , we did journey behind the falls and Zipline which was excellent, Special mention to Kaleb our driver was very informative on Canadian History, Toronto and Niagara, highly recommended.

Beautiful weather for a spectacular display. This was a great experience and long awaited. The only slight disappointment was that the Canadian boats were not running, while the US ones were. Nothing to do with the tour operator though! Pick up and drop off for the tour was as arranged.

Was given enough time to spend at Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. Unfortunately many dining places at Clifton Hill are not opened yet. Enjoyed the icewine tasting session. A few places stated on the itinerary were not covered. Tour guide is experienced but can do better at driving safely.

Although it was in the heart of winter, snowing, and Covid, we still had a great time. The tour guide took us to a lovely small town called Niagara on the Lakes because the wineries were closed. It was truly a quaint and beautiful town! We did a little shopping. This is definitely a tour we will do again.

Our guide, Nathan, picked us up promptly at the meeting spot. Our van had 9 guests on board. First stop was Niagara Falls… 3 hours to explore on our own, which was the perfect amount of time. We arrived around 10a, which was perfect! We felt as if we had the entire area to ourselves! Absolutely do the Journey Behind the Falls self-guided tour! It was inexpensive and was a cool way to get very close to the water/falls. Nothing fancy, but tunnels that led to openings right behind the falls. At each opening we were literally the only people there! It’s spits you out into their gift shop, which had a nice selection of items. We walked the length of the area toward the area of town with shops/food, and were surprised at how “ carnival-like” that area is: fun houses, haunted houses, wax museum, Ferris wheel, etc. not all restaurants are open and most opened at noon. We grabbed lunch at Hard Rock and met the group back at the van to head to the wine tasting. This was a cute stop. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but it was nice to learn about the process for ice wine and taste some. We quickly stopped at a few viewing spots, but these were the two main sips of the tour. It was about 2 hours back into downtown Toronto- arriving by 5:30. Our guide, Nathan, was adorable and full of fun information! Great day to tour Niagara Falls!
