Best of Niagara Falls Tour from Toronto

Our tour guide Bjorn was absolutely outstanding - he was knowledgeable, prompt and entertaining. We highly recommend this tour and this tour operator for an amazing day trip to Niagara Falls.

We were picked up from our hotel and were in a small group of 6 in total plus our guide Bjorn. He was excellent and gave us a brilliant day. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we all had a great experience. We had sufficient time in each place. It was a wonderful day and I definitely recommend this tour if you want to see the best of Niagara Falls including a boat trip right up to the falls!

Everything was perfect - the pick-up, visits, information, except the weather! We had a great but damp day and had plenty of time to spend at each stop. I recommend this tour!

Excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable. Minivan was incredibly comfortable. Trip was amazing - skylon tower was quiet and breathtaking views, the views behind the falls were spectacular, and the cruise into the falls was a bucket list item!!!! A trip not to be missed…… very flexible, good communication throughout, lovely people. Couldn’t recommend high enough!

This was a very good tour. Bjorne was a wonderful guide. The boat was not running and we ended up doing the aerial car and rapids walk tour instead. Highly recommend.

Such an incredible experience. My tour guide Kaleb was informative with great charisma that told the story of Niagara Falls and the city it is in great depth. The tour was structured very well also, being able to see the falls from all different angles and having enough time to do so also. This is a wonder of the world that I recommend everyone come see if in Toronto. It was truly breathtaking.

The tour was billed as a maximum of 7 people. Four of us were picked up in a clean 7 person Mercedes SUV. There were 3 others already in the car, so 3 of us got in back and one in front. Kaleb was very nice, but he had a soft voice and we could not hear him in the back. After several time of asking him to speak up, I gave up listening to that part of the tour. For almost $200/person, they could provide a sound system On the way from Toronto to Niagara Falls, my friend had a medical issue and asked to go to the bathroom. Kaleb informed him that he was not allowed to stop until he got to the Skylon Tower, our first stop in Niagara Falls. They are lucky he did not have an accident in the van. After 45 minutes of my friend being in extreme discomfort, we arrived at the Skylon Tower, and he was allowed to go to the bathroom. Kaleb informed us that he had a second tour group in Niagara Falls and that they would be using the same van as we were. He left us at the Skylon Tower for 1.5 hours. The tower is definitely worth seeing and the view is amazing, but it took a half hour to see the tower, and we spend an hour drinking coffee at Starbucks waiting for Kaleb. The Journey under the falls and park around the falls was great, and the Hornblower cruise was must do. In between taking us to these places, Kaleb was also shuttling around the Niagara cruise tour. My husband bought a t-shirt at the gift shop and so did one of the alternatetour customers. They inadvertently took our t-shirt and we ended up with theirs. The tour operator asked me to mail the t-shirt to his other customer and he said they were sending mine. This would not have happened if it had been a 7person semi-private tour. We were not in the van then the other customer took the wrong t-shirt. In addition, one of the other passengers asked to go the bathroom on the way back. Kaleb said no but she found a bathroom and demanded to be allowed to go.
