Whilst i would like to give a full review. I cannot as we booked this and we arrived for the trip. But due to my wife feeling unwell once boarded, we had to get off. Both the trip supplier and Viator were exceptional in getting my refund sorted. They could have said that due to us boarding we were not entitled to any refund. I totally enjoyed this tour! I am a person with a walker and find it a little challenging to step up and down steps. The conductress was so helpful and accommodating which allowed me to feel like I made the right choice to come out and have a little outdoors for a change. I was also late and missed the 2:30 tour which I was scheduled for and when I got there I was able to get on the next tour. Thank you for making this a great day for me and my spouse.
