I was late for my first tour because of traffic and was put on standby for the next tour and was waiting at the docks but my tour boat never showed up and all I ask is for a refund

We love our tiki customers and always try to be as accommodating as possible! Because we are saving your seat on this private tiki experience, we do not issue refunds for no shows. Despite the fact you missed your cruise, we offered to let you hop on at another time where there was an opening, and you were apparently at the wrong location and we’re very nasty with our captain who was trying to help you find the pick up spot.

My spouse and I were in town for a concert, so we reserved a Saturday 11:00am time to go out on the Tiki Cruise. We were very pleased. There was a nice vibe with the music playing and a perfect weather day. Our Captain, Kayla, was great and definitely made the experience enjoyable. It was a 5-star experience! We will recommend it snd will definitely do it again!
