The perfect addition to my sisters bachelorette party!! Nikki and the captain were great and we all had the best time. Highly recommend! The only issue we had was finding where we go. Although they give you the address, once you get there it’s a little confusing and congested, so better signs would be great. Would definitely book again!

We were so looking forward to a fun cruise on Tuesday. We drove for over an hour in heavy traffic to get to the dock. We arrived five minutes late. There were no signs, no telephone number that we could call to tell we were running late. When we arrived at the parking lot there are no places to park so we had to park on the grass, hoping we wouldn’t get towed. Then there were no signs saying where the boat was docked or any telephone number to call so we could let the captain know where we were. Fortunately there was a couple sitting on a bench pointing down where the boat was supposed to be docked. So we ran down to the ramp and watched the boat paddle away. I know the boat can’t wait for late arrivals. I only wish they would only charge maybe half of the $90.00 for no shows.
I take full responsibility. Next time we will know where to go.

Didn't go...they canceled via vm 2.5 hrs before..didn't get... ended up running down to dock next door and went on Red Boat

We try to give as much lead time prior to a tour to cancel - We called your phone to communicate the cancellation of the tour with no answer, so we left a voicemail and sent a message via Viator with no response from you.
We did everything we could to try to get ahold of you without any luck.
Not sure why this would result in a 1-star review.

I can not Thank Mike and Brabdin enough for an amazing time on March 14,2022. I took my Granddaughter and Cousin on the cruise while we were vacating in St.Agustine. They made the cruise amazing and so much fun singing ,dancing it was a blast.we sang as we passed the Old Fort everyone along the boardwalk joined in. Thru are very professional keeping everyone safe.We definitely recommend them to everyone for a great time. THANK YOU again Mike and Brandin for making my Granddaughter Emma's Birthday so much fun. You two are great.
