• Adult pricing applies to all passengers.
• Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Passengers can request their own pickup time after 60,75,90 and 120 minutes after flight landed time to avoid waiting charges. If we did not recive special instructions in advance, a driver will be dispatched after 60 minutes from flight landed time.
• Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £6.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes. Cruise port / Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 15 minutes free waiting time available. Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
• If passengers need more time to get through immigration checks, They must contact us within 40 minutes of joining the line in order of us to keep driver waiting.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
