Excellent tour!!! Our guide Anna was very knowledgeable about Portland, the Gorge and flora and fauna. She was friendly as me easy to be with! I learned a lot and had an interesting and fun time. Well with the money and time. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic time on the waterfall tour with Anna as our tour guide! She was so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the area, the history of Portland, and its unique ecology and natural history. We didn't have a rental car, so the convenience factor of getting to the multnomah area, being transported to each waterfall by van, having snacks, drinks, and pleasant conversation on the way just can't be beat! The waterfalls themselves were absolutely amazing, I loved getting up close with several of the falls, which made for some awesome photo ops. The hikes weren't difficult at all, and it was so nice seeing all the lush greenery and flora in the area. This was a 10/10 experience and all expectations were fulfilled! I absolutely recommend the tour and I feel like it is definitely a must on your Portland to-do list!

Great tour of several amazing waterfalls. We would have skipped Latourell Falls if we did this one our own and it was a highlight of the trip. Ana was a great guide. Definitely recommend this tour.

Lovely Nature Getaway on a Hot Day!

This is a perfect tour to take on a hot and sunny day in Portland! We got out of the heat of the city and drove into the beautiful Columbia River Gorge to do a little light hiking and peep some beautiful waterfalls. Our guide, Carrie, was very personable and gave us lots of information about the history of the area as well as recommendations for places to visit and things to do during the rest of our stay. We recommend brining water shoes and maybe a towel if you're thinking about getting wet at Horsetail Falls. We'd loved to have gone in more, but we weren't fully prepared for it.

My husband AND I did this tour with our 12yr old son and had an amazing time. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. We were able to take a dip in the water at the bottom of the falls which was a refreshing break in the hot afternoon. We took lots of great pictures but they don't do the views justice. Highly recomend

Very exciting tour where we saw 4 really breathtaking waterfalls. The tour guide was extremely knowledgable and told us also about local plants berries and the history of the exploration of the george. The hikes to the upper bridges got us really close to the falls and at the last one we were even giving the option to swim in the pool below the falls. Truly amazing tour!!!

Poor customer service
Elizabeth_N
, Jul 2022
We were scheduled for the wrong day and I received a phone call asking where we were. I called them back to let them know there was a mistake and I wasn’t able to go (I live in Chicago). They wouldn’t refund the money we paid or even let us reschedule for the correct date even though there were plenty of available spots. I lost $139 to an experience I didn’t get to have. We still want to have that experience however we are booking it elsewhere.
icon Response from Host , Jul 2022
Hi there Elizabeth. We make sure that customers get reminder emails and texts for precisely this reason; because people like yourself often get the date wrong when they’re booking in advance. However, once the tour has departed, it is too late to reschedule. Your tour that afternoon was sold out, and with fuel prices at all-time highs and limited guide staff, we plan carefully to maximize our resources and reduce our impact on the planet and these beautiful spaces we love so much and want to preserve. If you would have called us the day before we would have been happy to reschedule you at no charge.

Fun afternoon of waterfalls and beautiful views! Hikes were all short and family friendly for all ages. Driver gave good information and was friendly. Would've of liked little more time at main waterfall that had some eats and a gift shop, but overall a fun half day excursion!
