It was a great adventure for a reasonable price. Very clear instructions given at the start of the session. Very enthusiastic and energetic instructor. During the session - good interaction with the whole group. Very good show of skills done by instructors at the end of each session. If I lived in the area I would be really tempted to get involved regularly.
