Bumpy but fun

The tour was great our driver name is JUICE... He was good as well. I think the tour could have been cut back about an hour, but was good all the same.
Humu was awesome!

The trolley driver Humu was really great. Very kind of him to drive us around as the Arizona memorial was closed in the am. We got a lot of history and a lot of good Hawaii info from him. He was also personable and very kind (as my husband and I didn’t make the trek back to our hotel with him) - he helped us arrange with a different driver. Very cool!

Tour leader was nice but between the loud, blaring, music on the double decker bus and the constant dialogue I found the trip on the bus to be mentally taxing. Maybe it's just that these sorts of tours aren't my cup of tea. Would not do again.

Tour was wonderful for learning about the different areas of the Island. Pearl Harbor was everything that we thought it would be
Great driver/host

Disillusioned Visitors
, Sep 2021
Unfortunately, we did not get to see the memorial or much of anything else for that matter. We pretty much were only able to see the visitor center, which we could have done on our own for free. We were told no refund was available. It would have been acceptable if they compensated us by taking us through the submarine since the memorial was closed for maintenance (why have the tour then) but to do that they wanted another $20. Waste of time and money.
Skip if you have car rental

The bus tour to the memorial was informative and educational. Access to the Arizona Memorial was closed and we didnt receive any notification of this. Look into this before you book. You're given 1.5-2 hours before you have to return to the bus which makes it impossible to see the Battleship Missouri since that requires another shuttle (and fee) that can take more than 2 hours round trip. If you want to see the Bowfin Submarine, that's, yet, another fee. So this booking allowed us a (albeit narrated) bus trip from Waikiki for a limited time to the national memorial and that's about it. If you have a rental car, I'd skip this tour.
Very disappointed

Driver was excellent and very knowledgeable. He was definitely the best part of the trip there and back. Amusing and friendly. Wish I could say the same for the site. I have been here before but my friend had not. Not being able to go out to the Arizona or to Ford Island.. The trip was a waste.

Pleasant and informative driver. Was disappointed not getting out to the Arizona. Overall a good experience

I was really disappointed 😔 but had to give 1 star to write the review. Everything that we paid for was free. We was unable to go out to the ship do to the dock being damaged but they didn’t inform us about it until we got there we basically paid 46$ PP to ride out there. The thing was the dock have been damage for a few weeks , which they failed to mention when booking and they knew it had been damaged and we couldn’t go to the ship. If the had let people know during booking that you’re just paying for transportation and give them the Option two if they want to pay for it 😒
