Our tour guide, Loretta (I hope I spelled and have her name correct), was awesome. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. When I needed to sit down, she found me and my friend a seat on the ferry back to battery park. She also helped us get on the subway and showed us around WTC One before taking us to the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Also, I loved that she shared some personal stories with us about the Statue of Liberty.

Al, our tour guide was so knowledgeable and personable. Because we had timed tickets to the 911 museum, we were a bit rushed on liberty and Ellis island but overall m, a great day

The tour consists of Liberty, Ellis Island and on to the memorial pools, the actual museum is an upgrade if you wish to enter there. The meeting point is well placed and organised. Our guide, I can’t remember her name was engaging, funny and certainly knew her stuff. A true New Yorker. My only criticism for which I have marked this more low, is that due to timings, when you get to each island, your time there is very short, half an hour for Ellis island, if you want to explore the whole place, you would not be able too. If you want a trip to say “I have been to these places”, you won’t get better.

I feel horrible because I forget our tour guides name but it started with an L and she reminded me of Barbra Streisand. She was beyond amazing. She had so much information and was very entertaining. I didn’t want the tour to be over. The whole experience was mind blowing and very emotional. Love love loved it!

First visit to NYC and excited to see all of the sites in this tour and added the 911 museum at the end of the tour. I see that the details have been changed since I booked my trip bc it was advertised as skip the lines at Stat of Liberty and Ellis Island. There were no lines skipped and we waited almost an hr each time we got on and off the ferry for both stops. Once we got to the stops we had only 10-15 min to go in the museums and take photos and then get back in lines to wait for an hr. We didn’t have time to go in either museum. Then we got to the 911 memorial and it was 4:30 pm. We only got to look at the outside memorial because the museum closed at 5:00 pm. Even if the lines had been shorter for the ferries and we made it back to the 911 site there is no way anyone can go through the entire museum in an hour and a half. We were able to use our tickets the next day after I begged the 911 staff and we throughly enjoyed several hours in the museum reflecting that horrible day in history. This tour needs to be longer or you should cut off the 911 museum option because there is not enough time. To top it off the tour guide was just rambling out facts here and there and most of which were incorrect.

Actually you went through the express group line. There is never skip the line at the statue of liberty. It is airport like security and there is always a line. The express line moves a lot faster that the flex line. You wait 1 hour vrs 2-3 hours to go through security. It is the statue of liberty. You reservation was without the 911 memorial museum. The memorial pools are NOT the 911 memorial museum. There is an option that specifically includes the museum tickets but you did not choose this option. The tour description was never changed from our end. You must have read different options and choose what you wanted at the time.

We paid for a tour of Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and the 9/11 memorial and waterfalls and memorial. Almost $600. The only thing we actually saw and got to tour briefly was the Statue of Liberty. We arrived at Ellis island to be told by our tour guide there was no time to tour because we had to get to 9/11. We arrived at 9/11 when it was already roped off. Called Viator and spoke with Ron. He put me on hold. 30 minutes. I had asked if we got disconnected would he call back. Yes he said. Got disconnected and never called back. A total waste. Still fighting for a refund.

Fantastic tour guide. She really made the stories come to life, and taught us how to politely "take our space" like real New Yorkers. Very helpful to have someone who knows the secrets to better navigating the crowds of the ferries and sites rather than just bumbling through ourselves.
