Our driver Mario was waiting for us when we arrived. He was so nice, gave us all kinds of interesting facts as we drove through the park. We were able to get out of the carriage and take pictures. He was very accommodating with my 5 year old grandson. We had a lovely time. Highly recommend Viator. They are professional and reasonably priced.

Through the internet I paid nearly double what I would have paid if we simply would have walked up and just stood in line. It was supposed to be a 45 minute loop and we were done in less than 35. It simply was the most underwhelming part of our whole NY experience.
