Hello! We offer information on how to contact our office if you are not able to find the meeting point as we are not able to contact all guests if they are lost or running late. Our guide checked in all other guests for this tour and started the tour on time. If there is any information we are not aware of, please contact our customer service.

Wow, what can I say about this company. We were there for the tour at the time we were told to be and could not find the person (found out later 2 people) who were giving the tour. We called the number for the tour company, no one answered, we left a messages with our phone number. We wrote to the tour company on Viator with a phone number to get ahold of us. We went to Starbucks, got coffee and checked messages to see if anyone wrote to us still with no response. We finally got a response when we were already half way to our room room 4 miles away. Most tour companies will give you a phone number to call so you can meet up with the tour guides but not this company. When they wrote back they gave us places the tour would be at and said the guides would try and call us, really with 2 guides 1 couldn't call? Be careful if you do this tour, there are a lot of other tours going on and you will have a hard time finding your tour guide(s) since there is no way to get ahold of anyone. They offered for us to take the tour on another day but we are unable to do so because of prior engagements. We requested our money back and they refused!! Don't risk your time or money with this tour!!
