We were 6 girls from the uk looking to see a lot of the major sites around NY. We had Rachel as our guide and Arman? As our driver. Pick up was on time and the mini bus was clean and very comfortable. I’ve done the hop on hop off red bus before and this is just not comparable. This is in a much higher league! We were the only guests on the mini bus which was fab. Rachel was very informative and great fun. She made sure to schedule lots of toilet breaks for us! This is a great way to see a lot of the city instead of wandering around yourself looking for the sites. You find out lots of info which you wouldn’t get yourself and Rachel was full of top tips and advice. I highly recommend this tour.

My reserved tour was cancelled the day before it was scheduled. I received an email notification around 1PM which I didn't notice because I was on vacation site seeing! Someone texted me around 10PM the night before to make sure I received the notification. I'm giving them a 2 star because luckily that agent was able to find me another tour with a different company they affiliate with. Although I was grateful because I couldn't find another tour that last minute, the replacement tour didn't include the harbor cruise and the bus wasn't as nice as the one I originally chose. I planned the trip a month in advance so I'm really disappointed they had to cancel. I also had to contact them the following morning because I never received the rebooked confirmation information so I would know where to go.

All I can say is WOW!!! Our tour guide J was the absolute best, he knew everything about anything and was just a pleasure to be around. He was very organized and had great procedures lined up so everyone got their pictures taken at all stops with minimal headache and time spent. He was always available to take pictures of your group and made the entire tour so easy, all you had to do is get on the bus and he took care of the rest. Do yourself a favor and skip the on-off bus and spend the little bit extra for this tour I promise you will not be disappointed. J and the bus driver 100% made our trip to NYC.

THis NEW YORK TOUR WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR US VISIT and We enjoyed the full day tour with JJ as our guide ,,His witty anecdotes and excellent knowledge as an insider of New yorker was truly delightful and kept us totally entertained thro the day . we travelled thro the city and key downtown VIP districts where the rich and famous lived . Visited the Central Park , Manhattan and all Key sights of the Big Apple , JJs insider knowledge of NY really was amazing . Visited the 9/11 memorial before heading for the Harbour Cruise .. Statue of liberty and Ellis Island were indeed real sights to see and we enjoyed the Boat ride from the Bow of the boat as suggested by our guide whom I rate the best I have gone with all Viator tours so far..Thanks JJ for your Humour and Keeping us smiling thro out .

My husband and I were only in the city for a few days. This tour was PERFECT! Tour guide J was the BEST! He was a wealth of knowledge with a great sense of humor! He knew all the great spots for pictures and was happy to be the photographer! Awesome tour well worth the money!
