The tour was good, what was very bad is that the Groupon want limiter to max 12 . There were almost 30! I picked this tour because of the limited groupsize, there were also no checks on vaccinaties. I think those are unacceptable in this covid period

We have never stated that vaccination is required to board the bus. By the NY state and NYC regulations all passenger must wear mask while using shared transportation, such as city bus, the subway or the airplane that you took to get to NYC. We are no different than that.
Also on our end the group is not limited to 12, that has to be some kind of technical issue which we will fix immediately.

We were in a group of 10 and the trip was meant to be on a vehicle with 12 people for Covid and Omicron safety. When we got there, we were presented with a full coach for 56 - with NO WINDOWS and NO VACCINATION checks at all!!!! Obviously, we didn't board. Very dangerous practices from the company, putting people's lives at risk for profit as the pandemic rages on.

However if you did board the bus you would have noticed that we strongly enforce the use of masks and we follow CDC guidelines for safety.

Millie was an amazing tour guide, she was very informative about the history of the city and shared along the ride to Brooklyn. The bus drive has nerves of still and was amazing driving through the city with a large bus. Dyker heights was so beautiful and a very memorable part of our trip to NYC this year!

We had 40 degree weather, we all wore light weight coats. Bus was well heated with a pee bathroom only. Came in handy for many.
Guide was excellent in knowledge and easily transitioned to what was happening out the windows to explain. Learned many interesting facts about what is NYC.
Highly recommend for family. Get out at the heights and walk the streets full of Christmas lights.

I have taken this tour before, but this tour was the best ever! Our tour guide, Millie was so upbeat, friendly, and excited about showing us her city as we traveled to Brooklyn to see the Lights. Millie is so knowledgeable and her lighted wand kept us all together. She is absolutely the best tour guide. She made it so much fun. Look forward to taking the tour again, but with Millie!
