the experience was fantastic. The crew was friendly and helpful, very informative tour, lots of information given about the history of the city. We had preferred seats, although they were not needed given the time season we went but they were padded and the general seating is not. We did enjoy the wait staff, Jennifer was great, and very efficient. It was nice not to have to go downstairs for food. Definitely recommend the tour for anyone. This was our first time to NYC so getting to see it all and have sone bearings on the city was great.

I have been to NYC multiple times but have never done a water tour. I learned so much and got to witness another side of the city I love so much. I definitely recommend this tour. It was easy to book and find. Also, members of our party who had never been really enjoyed it.

I bought my ticket by on-line and was waiting in the long line for getting on the cruise boat with my e-ticket. On my turn, the the staff didn't have check-in device and I and other holders of e-ticket let be side of the waiting line above 15-minutes until another staff who has the check-in device came, eventually we allowed to get on the boat as the last guests!The staffs should hold the e-ticket check in device in advance!!!

It started out a little rainy. But cleared up and turned out wonderful. We bought the premier tickets and it was worth it. The only thing i would change is to have a separate line for the premier customers to get on line to get on the boat. Many people were telling us that we were cutting the line. Or tried to block us so we couldnt get past them. The giide was full of knowledge and a nice guy.

My 13yr old son and I wanted to see the sights including the Status of Liberty, but not commit to a multi-hour tour. This was a great balance. We got a great view of mid and lower Manhattan, a few pictures of the Statue and then the east side bridges. 90 minutes was enough for us.
