It's a more intimate exhibition. The highlight is definitely hearing the experience from the 1st responders.

ThoughtFul & Memorial For Those People

The Museum Was Inspiration,Very Thoughtful, and Sad Because That day Kill Off so many at one time and day. The Objects this museum has is very interesting to look at but I love the fact how the video shows you and makes the visitors feel like they were there years ago it brings back so much memories.

Loved hearing Gordon's story. I am heartbroken to hear the museum is closing. What a shame.. I hope somehow they can continue the personal accounts and keep the memory alive.

Tickets to a closed attraction

Viator sold me tickets to a closed attraction. The 9/11 Memorial Museum wasn’t open the day they sold me the tickets. I requested a refund but they claimed the museum was open and I would not be refunded. I assured them it was closed and am waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully they won’t keep the $51

Confusing

This was a little confusing. I was under the impression that I was purchasing tickets to the 9/11 Museum by the Memorial. We didn't realize it was a different place until the lady at the ticket line told us it was the wrong museum. Titles/descriptions should be more clear.

This is not the national 9/11 museum. We needed to buy additional admission tickets for the correct museum that we wanted. The families still did a nice job of putting the tribute museum together. I would give the museum itself 3 stars, but the actual Viator booking 2 stars, due to misinformation.

Good to get the experience from the family's side of things, it is the most accurate, non-biased recollection of the events of 9/11. Good when partnered up with the museum to get the complete experience.
