Tour was great, very informational. We learned a lot especially the difference between Cajun and Creole. I’m not sure what the tour was pre-COVID (PC) but I believe we had a total of 5 food stops and noticeably missing from the tour was poboys and beignets. Guide was very knowledgeable and personable and would def go again but hopefully it will be more robust in the future.

Laurent was so very hospitable and an ease to talk to. His personality lit up the room and his humor was appreciated. His knowledge of food and New Orleans was delightful. As a solo traveler he made sure I didn't feel "out if place" and patiently waited for me when I was late moving to the next stop.

Like our tour guide said, we were not hungry after it. Krista was wonderful!!! The information and food was good. Did not care much for the alligator balls.

This was a great tour! Laurent is a French chef who relocated to New Orleans about 10 years ago. His knowledge of cooking combined with his love of New Orleans makes him an exceptional guide!
