Above and Beyond.. literally and figuratively

I booked this tour as a last minute, change of plans, gift for my parents. I booked it the evening before and in the morning I received a call from Eric saying viator double booked the time slot for 9:00am and the next tour would not be available until 12:00pm. This was well after I had already taxied my parents on their way to the site. Eric went above and beyond and offered to take my parents site seeing around the area until the next available tour. That was 3 hours later. This was my mom’s first trip to Hawaii and now that is the only thing she talks about when people ask her about the trip. Thank you for making such a memorable time for my mom. Mahalo!!

Our pilot, Steve, was great!! Was a bit nervous having never been in such a small aircraft but his expertise was great. Explained how to achieve the proper altitude and the landing, smoothest ever. Honestly didn’t realize we were on ground until he throttled down. Do this tour then drive up , gives two very different perspectives. Think I’ll book with him when we return to see the cliffs of molakai!!

The pilot not aprópiate atair not answering any questions he was so in rash to kick us out, not safe equipment in case of an accident I feel we súper over paid for this experience definitely of recomendet the view was beautiful!!
