We booked on line with Thames River Sightseeing TRS..when we went to pick up point at tower bridge no sign of TRS... after asking several people and 2 phone calls later we were told TRS is Circular tours... There was no signage to indicate this...how we're we supposed to know? The boat itself was ok and the staff very polite and helpful but the trip was tainted by our initial experience.

    Fun afternoon in Greenwich.

It was fun being on the water looking at landmarks from a different perspective. Learned new things about the area from the speaker, like the city of London only being a square mile in size with 7k residents but 77k people come daily to work in it. The speaker pointed out old pubs along the Thames and areas of inspiration for writers like Charles Dickens. The meridian was interesting and though we missed the last boat back at 4pm, the new Cutty Sark DLR (light rail) a short distance to the north of the actual Cutty Sark ship, got us back to St Pancras in good time.

Worth every penny. Very relaxing trip. The staff on board are excellent. Although they are not tour guides the commentary they do is informative and funny. Would always use them to go to Greenwich.

    Worst service!! Nooo!! Danger ⛔️

worst service i have met in london. we bought tickets online from the operator. when we arrived at the pier, it turned out that the course does not exist for this time and the catamarans do not go in this direction, Westmeister Greenwich, they were canceled a long time ago !!! but we bought tickets from 28.10 to 29.10. the surprises did not end there. on the pier we were offered for the money we spent on tickets for a walk to the london bridge. what to do, we agreed. all our plans collapsed !!! when we got on board and relaxed, it started again. the ship stopped at three more piers and picked up people. in short, do not buy tickets from intermediaries !!!!!!!!!!
