Kiara was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable as well as friendly and charismatic. Sometimes you get a tour guide that knows a lot but is boring as heck....This was not Kiara. She was delightful. She knew so much about the area, the art, the history and the buildings. I honestly am NOT an art person. I went on this tour because my husband drug me along. I found myself really enjoying it and I am so glad he insisted we go.

We scheduled a Uffizi, David and walking tour, we were at the location and there was no tour guide there. We attempted to reach Viator for 30 minutes with no way to reach them. We have requested a full refund and will update this review with the results. i am very concerned that I am out the approx 250 Euros! Not cheap!

However, we did run the tour on the day of your service, so we are not sure why you were not able to find us. Could you have gone straight to the Academia rather than our meeting point? That unfortunately happens pretty oftne, our guests assume we meet in front of the site rather than our meeting point, which is always close by but in a quieter spot where we are more visible. Perfect way to spend the day in Firenze!

Pia was great and very knowledgeable. We started at the Accademia Gallery with skip the line entry, so we were able to avoid the long lines and caught the highlights - eg David. We then walked through Florence where Pia provided a lot of great history and background of the various buildings and ended at the Bridge for lunch on our own. We then continued with skip the line entry to the Uffizi and a great tour of the masterpieces before she left us on our own to tour the rest of the museum. Would definitely do it again and highly recommend Pia.

Elana was our Art Historian. She made Michelangelo and the Renaissance painters come alive. I especially liked that she discussed getting at the soul of a block of marble and of the canvas, not just a chisel to stone or a brush to canvas. VERY knowledgeable and friendly, those who dont know much about Art will feel comfortable

Tour guide was excellent and we enjoyed the tour but was not happy that we did not go into the Duomo and was not made aware of that until we got to the Duomo. The Duomo was one of the key things we wanted to visit in Florence.

We had a great tour of Florence with stops inside the Academia Gallery to see the exhibits including Michaelangelo's David. We also had a great tour inside the Uffizi Gallery and walked the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Our guide provided great information which made us comfortable to explore Florence on our own after the tour.
