Amazing trip
, Sep 2020
Amazing trip. Moira was very helpful and had loads to talk about the area, history and about the nature. She was awesome and just made our day. Will was also very helpful who kept up posted before the trip and gave good tips to make the maximum out of the trip. Thanks to both you made our trip worth every single penny. Thanks to Viator for providing the tour on your website. Will definitely be looking forward to use more of the things you offer.

Best Tour EVER
, Oct 2019
From before the private tour started to drop off, Our tour guide Will made the experience perfect. He tailored it to fit my two friends Diane, Jim and me perfectly. The day started with Will picking us up at the Glass House Hotel in Edinburgh and proceeded to Sterling Castle where Will accompanied us through the castle telling us about the history of the castle including important dates and Kings and Mary Queen of Scotts. From there we drove to the highlands, stopping for lunch at a local café where we had the most perfect burger - Yum! Then on to falls, back to stop at Trossachs to see Highland Bull Hamish and his blond Highland girlfriend Honey. Our final stop was Lock Lomond and then back to the hotel. We would go back to Scotland just to have Will take us on another tour. His knowledge and picture guidance (He was a professional photographer for an international tour magazine) was just perfect. ) Highly Recommend this tour with Will as your guide.

Took the private day tour with my wife and Chris was our tour guide. Logistics were perfect down to every detail and truly enjoyed every stop, every historical discussion, and 9 hours of seeing Scotland! Both my wife and I highly recommend.

Wonderful day out in the Highlands
, Jul 2019
We absolutely loved our day. Our guide, Chris, was great. It felt more like a day out with friends as opposed to just a tour guide driving you to stops. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Dear Ibb70, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review Chris loved meeting you all and showing you the best of the Highlands from a local point of view. We hope you manage to come and explore more some day. Will
Extraordinary experience!!

Chris provided us with a “once in a lifetime” day-trip. We planned this Highlands Tour as a holiday gift to ourselves. Chris gave us a detailed, thorough and exciting history of Scotland. What a truly wonderful day.
Breathtaking scenery and adventure await!

We felt very fortunate to have Will as our guide to see and experience this tour of the central highlands. He was very helpful beforehand in suggesting the newish Bannockburn Experience. This interactive activity enabled all of our family of 4 to learn the background and actors in the Battle of Bannockburn and then to participate in a digital re-enactments of the Battle, with different family members on opposite sides. Prior to that we stopped at the foot of the hill below Stirling Castle and Will took a nice family picture for us.From there it was on to Callendar and a stop at Mohr Bread for scrumptious fare that included meat pies, bridies, macaroni and cheese pies, apple turnovers and eclairs! From there we made our way to the gravesite of Rob Roy (with a stop by a loch for some trick panoramic photography!). On then to an adventurous climb for a stunning view over Loch Voil at the MacLaren Clan gathering spot. For those not up to the climb, there was a comfy seat and friendly company to be had at a local pub. Will is a veritable treasure trove of historical information. We appreciated learning whilst taking in the beauty of the area. Knowing I was keen to see a Highland “coo”, we made a quick stop to do so and lastly before dropping us off at Scran and Scallie for dinner, Will took us by Dean Village for more photos and to tell us about that area. It was a wonderful day with good fun had by all and we highly recommend this tour! (Cheers, Will!)
I prefer off the beaten path...
, Sep 2018
I prefer off the beaten path experiences and sites. From the outset, Will was communicative, responsive, and really heard what I had to say. On a couple of our stops, I am confident in saying I was the only tourist there. Great conversation, terrific sites, It went exactly as I was hoping. Very highly recommended.
Our favorite tour of our 3 week...

Our favorite tour of our 3 week holiday. We chose the eastern highlands because we wanted to see St Andrews. Chris was a perfect guide mixing humor, history and hidden gems of each area. St. Andrews was beautiful, as well as the surrounding area. We had a mix of driving and walking. We had the best and freshest fish and chips in Scotland. A great day. Thanks again Chris.
