I scheduled this transfer and gave Viator all of my info. When we arrived for our flight to CPH Airport two hours before departure, the airline told us our flight was delayed and rushed to get us on a flight leaving in 5 minutes. At this point I had no way of contacting the tour operator. When we got to CPH, I emailed that we were on a different flight due to the airlines. No response.

We are very sorry that you met this situation and there was no response from us. As for the transfer, according to our policy, our drivers monitor your flight and wait for you at the appointed time. Any flight changes, pickup times are only possible 24 hours before the transfer. After this time, suppliers do not accept changes due to the daily schedule.
