Copenhagen Private Walking Tour

My husband daughter and I were very disappointed when we arrived for our private tour which we paid 400 and the guide was a graduate student from Houston Texas and had lived in Copenhagen 1 1/2 years. Not that she was not nice and she spoke english perfectly but we take private tours so that we can learn more about the people and the culture of a county. Many of the questions we asked she could not give us answers to, although standing at important sites we could hear other guides giving a full description and background to the sites. It seemed that we were wondering instead of a tour with a planned itinerary of things we should see in a logical order. Disappointed since we had only one day in Copenhagen and it is such a beautiful city.

Unfortunately our tour in Copenhagen did not start out well because our tour guide did not show up as planned. We called the tour operator and they made sure that within 45 minutes time we had a tour guide. He was wonderful and made our time in Copenhagen interesting and exciting for us. We appreciated that effort that was made to make our time in Copenhagen wonderful and memorable.

Our guide Barok was a pleasure. We had a delightful time and the weather was wonderful.

Tour guide was extremely present, but provided very little detail of the sites we were seeing, usually just walking by them. Very little on Denmark or Copenhagen, such as history or culture. Could have walked around with a street map and an internet printout and learned more.

We loved our tour of Copenhagen and especially our tour guide Jessica. She was very knowledgeable about the area and her enthusiasm was contagious. The more she told us, the more we loved Copenhagen. We will definitely return to Copenhagen and definitely ask for Jessica to be our guide.

Awesome! Simon was a great and friendly guide who escorted us through Copenhagen city center and highlights. We were travelling with our 2 teenage kids and they also loved it. Highly recommended!

The tour was amazing! Our guide, Gabriela, is so sweet and knows a lot about the city and its history. We lices the tour and really recommend.

We had a fantastic tour of the city - tailored to us. We toured cathedral island, then crossed over into the old town, venturing past butchers row and into the main square. Our tour was filled with knowledge of the history of the city, country and buildings. Michal was a fantastic guide and had a great sense of humor. This was the perfect way to see the city. Also - we had our 3 year old with us and he perfectly figured out how to accommodate her and her reaction to the cold weather. Thanks for a great tour!
