The driver was late. The car was a regular taxi from the street, it was not clean, and was not even from the very good Danish taxi company.

Our driver was waiting for us as we came through customs. The vehicle we were in was large enough for all our luggage (2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry-on cases). The driver was very helpful explaining where different attractions were and about the area we were staying in. This made for a great first impression of Copenhagen.

We paid $125 for a Private Airport Transfer from Airport to our Hotel in Copenhagen. A "Yellow Cab" picked us up. Really!!! Later I talked to someone at the hotel and they grabbed a taxi at the airport and it cost them $50 to get to the hotel. This was a total rip off!!!

We booked a “Private Car” from airport to hotel for $125 which is quite pricey for a one way 30 minute drive. We were picked up and taken by a Yellow Taxi. Not what we expected and a regular taxi outside the airport would have been significantly less.
