You not only see Budapest at night, you see it in the daylight hours, too. The pianists and soloist are entertaining and fun. They can play any requests and work hard for their tips. The service is okay. They forgot about us and it took some time to get our drinks and soup. Once we pointed that out, the service improved immensely. The food was a 6 out of 10. We had duck & cod. Portions were fair. They could have had a larger portion of the starch. The sights were simply spectacular. I loved that they circled around at least twice (day v night) and the only problem was when taking photos the ships lights showed up. I strongly recommend this as a way to see Budapest and also enjoy the Danube.

Very poor experience. To start with we paid extra for window seats, but they are all window seats so that is a con. We also paid for the unlimited drinks package but it was an out before we even got any water. People who were buying their drinks separately got served first. We boarded at 7.30 pm we got our staters at 9.30 pm 2 hours after boarding !!!. The singer couldn’t sing and there was not a piano battle just two guys playing a piano. For £150 it was the worst experience we have had. I would advise just take a night cruise on its own to see the buildings all lit up, but eat else where for a lot cheaper and better quality.

It was so beautifulm. No words! The food was good, the music was nice. The guys who play piano were wonderful, same with the girl who was singing, she was very talented, beautiful and nice. The staff in general were very welcoming and nice. Great experience, is worthy the money.

What a great experience!! The view in the Danube by night is really amazing. It worth for the experience, but nothing more. Positive points: - View. - Entertainment - not too much, we can enjoy the show but still talk and enjoy the dinner. - Different experience. - The staff. Negative points: - The food was very disappointing. Considering the price of the dinner we were expecting much more quality. - The experience is clearly overpriced. - We have paid an extra of 12€ per person for a window table. When entering the boat, all the tables were window tables, no tables in the middle. So we have paid for nothing.

Service was ace, and the pianists were very talented but you’re definitely paying for the stunning views rather than the quality of the food. The food was ok, but I expected more for the money. Also, I thought there would be more chance to see the views outside, but it was very much grabbing a few snaps between courses.

View amazing food not so much

I enjoyed the experience as it was valentines night and views were amazing. Food not so much, we paid 150euro for this trip that was supposed to be 3course meal and unlimited drink, so I was expecting the food to be amazing, in the picture it looks nice but my mains was just very dry sliced chicken and boiled rice there was no flavour. Soup and desert was ok. I was sat upstairs and there was just not enough staff we waited 20 minutes for a drink each time and the 2 staff were running around trying to get everyone sorted and we had to pay extra for the drink only sparking wine was included. The boat turned every 20 minutes on the river so at the end I felt a little sick as we were 3 hours on board.

Chaos on arrival. Too many cruises leaving too close together. Slow boarding. Food was OK, nothing special. Overall a disappointing experience. Had done this experience on a previous visit to Budapest and had a great time which is why we booked it again. Totally different this time. Better to just do an hours night river cruise and then book into one of the many fabulous restaurants along the Danube.

Thé dîner was very very bad for 55 euros!! To start, just a salad without sauce, after a goulash soup which was not good and to finish in dessert just a flan! It was a piège for tourists!! I have never so bad dîner for 55 euros without wine or beer in Budapest!!

Not very pleasant. The upper deck where the Piano Battle Show and Dinner was held was too small for the loud music. Our Vegetable Soup was cold when we were eventually served it and when our main course of fish was served, it was cold too. We sent it back and it was returned on heated plates but the fish was still cold. The views were lovely but I would not recommend this cruise as the food and service did not reflect the price that was paid for it.

Food and service very good. Views were beautiful. Pianists were very good too but felt the woman's part of the show was a let down and a bit cabaret-ish, didn't feel she was necessary. She did sing a few songs and wasn't bad. The trip does go up and down the same route a few times and once you've seen it and got your pics the first time it gets a bit repetitive but I suppose the 3hours is to have time for dinner and drinks and listen to the entertainment. Good experience but would maybe do a shorter version if going again, just felt a bit too long.

The perfect end to our 4 day break we cant rate this enough , very good food , great service, magical music from 2 piano players who where excellent and funny, what a treat when the lady who sat us at our table right by the window started to sing she was also very good. The views going up and down the river where some of the best we have seen OUT STANDING!!!!. You do have to pay for wine, water, coffee, but all not over priced. You can pick up a good bottle of wine for about 16. When we go back to Budapest we will book this again.
