This activity will end right where it started.When you're driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway from Asheville or Brevard, you'll pass Graveyard Fields, then a sign for Sam Knob/Black Balsam just moments later. A paved forest service road, we will meet less than 1/4-mile up the road where there are numerous parallel parking spots.
